At Badlands Record Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sound. If your vinyl or merchandise arrives damaged or defective, you can return your items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Email our support team with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item or playback issue to receive a Return Authorization number.
Secure the Shipment
Pack the record securely in its original mailer or a dedicated vinyl shipping box to prevent further warping or corner dings during transit.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Verification and Refund
Once our team inspects the return, we will process your refund to your original payment method or ship out your replacement copy within 3-5 business days.
