How do you ensure records aren't damaged during shipping?
We use heavy-duty, corrugated cardboard mailers specifically designed for vinyl. Each record is reinforced with stiffener pads, and for unsealed items, we ship the disc outside the jacket to prevent seam splits during transit.
What is your return policy for opened vinyl?
We accept returns on defective or warped vinyl within 30 days of purchase. However, we cannot accept returns for change-of-mind once the factory seal has been broken or the record has been played.
Do you sell original pressings or modern reissues?
We carry a curated mix of both. Each product description clearly identifies the pressing year, label, and whether it is a limited edition color variant or a standard black reissue.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Domestic shipping generally takes 3-7 business days via Media Mail, while expedited options are available at checkout.
Can I cancel a pre-order?
Yes, pre-orders can be cancelled for a full refund anytime before the official release date. Once the item has been packed for shipment, our standard return policy applies.
